  • Having just walked out of your Dental Centre, I wanted to quickly give you some feedback because the overall experience was absolutely first class.

    During my 30 minutes visit I experienced the following:

    - a very friendly hello and smile upon walking through the front door
    - an extremely efficient team of ladies on the reception desk
    - a dental surgeon that was not only efficient and professional but also friendly and reassuring
    - to a dental hygienist that not only carried out a thorough procedure but also gave me very helpful information to take home

    It is quite unusual in the service industry to witness so many layers of service at such a high standard, so for that I very much congratulate you, the management team and all the staff at 543 Dental Centre

    RE: Cosmetic Dental Surgery/Botox/Fillers.

    First of all I would like to thank you for the recent treatment I received of which I am extremely happy with the end result. My dental work, botox and fillers have all exceeded my expectations. Your explanation of procedures to be carried out was clear and concise in its content. As always the quality of care and customer after care is exemplary not only from yourself but all the staff at the practice. They have shown an interest and complimented me on the difference in appearance all the treatment made.

    I would advise anyone who is considering having any of the above treatments to give it a try especially when the results are as rewarding as mine have been and I would certainly recommend they go ahead. I found the majority of the procedures were not too uncomfortable and indeed relatively straightforward.

    Since I have had the dental work I find that I am smiling more even to the point where friends and relatives have commented that I seem happier although I feel it is a consequence of my treatment that I feel more self confident. This can also be said of the botox and fillers which I believe has made me look and feel younger again adding to my overall confidence. I am soon to be married, and at the grand old age of 45 this for me was a little daunting, now I find I cannot wait for my wedding day.

    I do believe the time and money spent has certainly been a good investment and would not hesitate to repeat the botox and fillers in 6 months time. As you clearly explained the repeat procedures give a more prolonged result.

    Once again I would like to thank yourself and all the staff for all the support and encouragement that has been shown to me.

    I would like to say a huge Thank you to everyone at the centre for yesterday (Thursday 3rd November). I came in for sedation and a tooth out and to say I was nervous is an understatement!!!!! Everyone I met from the ladies on reception, dental nurses, dentist, anaesthetist etc… where all absolutely lovely and understanding. A big, big thank you to Kay, for making me feel a bit more at ease and a big, big thank you to Simon for the “Happy Juice!!” Wow, what a feeling that gives you!!   • Dear Sir/Madam, May I just take this opportunity on behalf of my wife Janice and myself to thank you for the marvellous service you offer at the surgery. We attended with our two children plus two long term foster children who have recently been placed in our care, this morning (27/02/2006) for a routine check up with David Bakhshi. As usual he was polite, kind and extremely pleasant. Both himself and his dental nurses were excellent, particularly with the children and especially the two foster boys who to my knowledge have never been to a dentist before.
