Alternatively, 543 Dental Practice may give you notice by registered post to the address provided to us during the registration processes and you may give us notice by registered post to our registered office. In such case, notice shall be deemed to have been given and received 3 days after the date of mailing.

Severability

No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy under this Agreement shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of any such right or remedy and the rights and remedies of 543 Dental Practice provided in these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each of the parties hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
