After running a very successful and very well supported promotion on Hull and East Riding's newest Radio Station, KCFM, 543 were delighted to select Lyndsey Cawkell as the winner of 'The Perfect Smile'.
Over 50 entries were received and the long process of selection was begun, taking in account all the relevant factors. Firstly the dentists at 543 who would be actually carrying out the work drew up a short list of four potential patients. Each was given a thorough oral examination to determine their suitability and a winner was chosen.
24 year old Lyndsey Cawkell is due to get married next year and is absolutely delighted to have been chosen. "It's a dream come true. Whilst my teeth are not horrendous, I've always known that they were never my best feature and I always was self conscious when I was smiling. I've already started my treatment and I'm hoping that it's going to be all completed early on in January. I really can't wait to see the results, I know it's going to give me confidence in the run up to my wedding."
Specialist cosmetic dentist Dentist Bjorn Fornander, who is undertaking the majority of the work was happy to choose Lyndsey. "Lyndsey a great patient to work on. The procedure is relatively straight forward but the results will be fantastic and really boost her confidence for her wedding. The results will be there for all to see. We've given her a course of teeth whitening followed by fitting veneers to give her the appearance of stronger more balanced front teeth. Finally we'll level off her lower front teeth to give her the smile that she wants!"
