Owing to the longevity of the practice and the number of highly qualified dental surgeons and hygenists working within the dental centre we have assembled an experienced team who have built up their own expertise in specialist areas of dentistry. From this extensive pool we are able to offer a complete service to all of our patients trying not to refer out of the practice unless it is clinically necessary. This provides a "one stop shop" for all our patients who require treatment whether it be cosmetic, periodontics, dentures, implants, sedation or even just a simple check up.
543 Dental Centre is a mixed practice offering services on the NHS or under private arrangement thus catering for every patients need or budget. The practice has undergone a full renovation over the last 3 years and provides clean, clinical and comfortable surroundings for it's patients whether it be in a waiting room or a surgery.
543 Dental Centre has been awarded the only Paediatric General Anaesthetic contract in the area by all four local Primary Care Trusts to extract children's teeth in theatre at Hull Royal Infirmary. The service is provided by a surgeon who specialises in paediatric dentistry along with a paediatric consultant anaesthetist. The service covers children from as far north as Bridlington and down into Lincolnshire.
The practice is one of the few practices offering a Sedation service for nervous patients, This service is provided on the first Thursday of every month by an experienced dental surgeon and a consultant anaesthetist at the practice.
The practice also provides a Domiciliary Service where a surgeon visits patients at their home or at a nursing home to look after their dental needs and dentures.
543 Dental Centre realises that much of it's success is down to it's people and it was with great delight that in March 2003 the practice was recognised as an Investors in People and successfully retained it's recognition for a second time in 2005.
